Medics 4 Paranormal, PPF Investigations, and The Unseen Paranormal Podcast teamed up in 2022 to bring more quality paranormal events to Middle TN. Throughout 2022 we successfully hosted many public ghost hunts at various historic locations and in October 2022 brought Phantoms Paws and Historic Cause Paranormal Convention to the Wilson County Fairgrounds in Lebanon TN.
Last year we only space for 15 vendors and a small stage area but had a full day of speakers and welcomed a few hundred guests. We were able to donate 100% of the proceeds to two separate charitable organizations.
So, this year we wanted to bring you bigger and better with a paranormal exposition like TN has never seen before. A majority of this years proceeds will go to benefit a historic location and charity in Tennessee!

Animal Rescue Corps protects dogs, cats, and other domesticated animals across North America and beyond through large-scale Emergency Animal Rescue & Disaster Response, Shelter Relief, and Education & Training.
Mission Statement: Animal Rescue Corps’ mission is to end animal suffering through direct and compassionate action and to inspire the highest ethical standards of humanity towards animals.
Right this moment, animals are suffering in situations of large-scale cruelty and neglect, in places that lack the resources to help them. Many regions don’t have any animal services or shelters at all; others cannot extend already stretched resources for exceptionally large situations.
Animal Rescue Corps (ARC) is a 501(c)(3) national nonprofit animal protection organization founded in 2010 that takes direct action in three ways. First, we conduct emergency rescues of animals who fall victim to abuse and disaster. Second, we offer interventions to move high-risk and at-need animals from low-adoption shelters into high-adoption regions and offer other critical assistance to in-need shelters and communities. Third, we raise public awareness of animal suffering, and we offer training for animal shelters, professionals, civilians, and volunteers.

John Henley Bowen built the house in 1813 as a townhome that sat on one acre of land. Bowen was a prominent lawyer and was the first person from Sumner County to serve in the United States Congress. After his death in 1822, the house was sold to William M. Blackmore in 1835. Blackmore sold it to William P. Rowles, who finally sold it to William Trousdale in 1836 for $2,500. The house is considered a late Federal style house, a period that loosely ended in 1815. The house features Flemish-style brick walls on top of a limestone foundation. The exterior brickwork is unique in its semicircular openings above the windows, which were later filled in to accommodate traditional windowpanes. The arched walkway and the annex were added to the house in the 1840s to serve as housing for the Trousdale sons as they became old enough for their own space. The house was equipped with electricity and running water in the late 1890s.
After 1900, the house was used as the first library in Gallatin, as well as a meeting place for Confederate veterans. It was later used as a USO dance hall during World War II as well as a community center with tennis courts, civic clubs, and social receptions. Many aspects of the house have been redone through the 1950s-1970s such as the floral wallpaper and light fixtures.
